Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
