Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification.
