Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
