Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Fern Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
