Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
