Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Spokane, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
