Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
