Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Spokane, WA)

Summit West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Spokane with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
