Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Savannah, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
