Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
