Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Fox Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
