Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 291 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
