Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
