Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
