Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
