Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
