Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
