Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Field Staffing Group is a San Jose staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
