Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its San Jose plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
