Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Water Authority is a public water utility serving the San Jose area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
