Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Corner Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
