Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Timber Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
