Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Union Legal Group is a law firm in San Diego serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
