Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
