Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around San Diego. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
