Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
