Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Diego, CA)

Bright Summit Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
