Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove West Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
