Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Cedar Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
