Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
