Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
