Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
