Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
