Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Bright Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
