Project Coordinator - grant reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
