Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
