Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Manufacturing makes precision components in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
