Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 835 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
