Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 655 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data.
