Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
