Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Corner Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 334 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
