Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Pine Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
