Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Juniper Facilities and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
