Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
