Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
