Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Glen Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 730 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
