Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
