Bright Cross Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
