Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
