Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Meridian Freight is a Sacramento logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
